As Chief Financial Officer for Ecos, DeeAnn oversees the Finance, Origination and Structuring, and IT teams and manages the financial health of the company. She is responsible for risk management, financial management, budgeting and contract review and negotiation, and also manages relationships with the financial community and investors.
Working with the Executive Team, the board and advisory committees, she helps shape the long-term vision of Ecos through the introduction of new programs and strategies. DeeAnn has extensive experience leading acquisitions, due diligence, financing and integration teams for manufacturing facilities in the United States and Canada. Prior to Ecos, she managed investor relations for a forest products company with $850 million in revenue, listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
She received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Portland State University, is a Certified Public Accountant and is a Certified Associate in Risk Management.
