As the Chief Strategic Advisor, Lois leverages her energy industry tenure to provide vital input to short- and long-term strategic and operational planning. Prior to her role as the Chief Strategic Advisor, Lois was the Chief Executive Officer of Ecos, leading the organization through start-up growth to a successful resource efficiency business. Lois’ 20-plus-year career in the energy efficiency industry has been defined by the use of market-based solutions to achieve results for a wide variety of national utility companies in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Lois serves on the board of Ecos and has a Bachelor of Science in energy system and environmental design from The Evergreen State College, with course work toward her Masters of Public Administration.
