Vice President of Residential Utility Solutions

 

Pat Keegan oversees the Ecos Residential Solutions division, which operates a comprehensive set of programs for utilities across North America. He drives the development and implementation of Ecos’ residential energy efficiency strategy.

Pat brought Ecos over 25 years of energy efficiency experience when he joined the company in 2008. He began his career at the Washington State Energy Office, where he managed regional residential research programs and then directed the commercial and industrial program division. Pat moved to Washington D.C. in 1993, where he was Vice President of the International Institute for Energy Conservation and initiated a climate program. He was hired by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory as their Climate Change Project Leader, where he organized an event at the Kyoto climate conference and led energy programs in the Philippines and Brazil. Pat then became Executive Director of a nonprofit in Colorado that offered residential energy efficiency and solar programs. Pat has an undergraduate degree and a Masters of Public Administrations from The Evergreen State College.
