Ecos’ DeeAnn Lindsley is CFO of the Year Award honoree

DeeAnn Lindsley, Ecos’ Chief Financial Officer, is an honoree for Portland Business Journal's CFO of the Year Award.

 

DeeAnn was recognized as an honoree in the Medium Private Company category at the 2009 CFO of the Year Awards Luncheon May 14 at the Governor Hotel. She earned this honor by managing complex and significant organizational changes in Ecos that resulted in unprecedented growth of over 60%. DeeAnn’s rich history in financial management and decades of change management experience has lent itself to building a solid financial profile for Ecos.

As CFO for Ecos, DeeAnn oversees the Finance, Origination and Structuring, and IT teams and manages the financial health of the company. She is responsible for risk management, financial management, budgeting and contract review and negotiation, and also manages relationships with the financial community and investors. Working with the Executive Team, the Board and Advisory committees, she helps shape the long-term vision of Ecos through the introduction of new programs and strategies. Ms. Lindsley also oversees all of Ecos quality initiatives that are designed to bring greater results and value to the customers of Ecos.

Prior to Ecos, she managed investor relations for a forest products company with $850 million in revenue, listed on the New York Stock Exchange. She received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Portland State University, Portland, Ore.; is a Certified Public Accountant; and is a Certified Associate in Risk Management.
